1. 연구계획서 입력기간: 3.2(수) ~ 4.28(목) 14:00
* 영어논문 작성자는 외국어 여부 체크
* 제목이 길어서 한 줄에 입력 안 될 때는 다음 줄에 이어서 입력
* 연구계획서 입력 시 본인 논문지도교수 배정 정보 확인
* 연구계획서 입력 및 승인이 안 되어 있으면 학위청구논문 신청 불가
* 연구계획서 기입력자 중 논문제목이 변경된 학생은 추후 “학위청구논문 신청 시변경 가능”
(승인 완료된 연구계획서는 수정 또는 재입력 불가)
1) 온라인 신청 : HY-in → 신청 → 논문 → 청구논문신청
2) 신청서 및 실적증빙자료 제출
a. HY-in → 신청 → 논문 → 청구논문신청에서 학위청구논문 제출신청서 출력
b. 논문실적 증빙자료 준비(첨부된 제출서류 예시 참고)

4. 학위청구논문 심사: 3.4(금) ~ 6.16(목)
1) 논문심사회의록 작성 : 3회 이상 일시/장소 및 심사내용 기입 (간략하게 작성)
2) 심사결과보고서 작성
- 논문심사평 : 심사위원장이 기입(간단히)
- 논문 및 구술시험평가 : 심사위원이 각자 점수기입 및 날인
- 종합판정 : 합격 또는 불합격 기입
※ 심사위원변경/심사취소는 5.26(목)까지 가능
5. 심사결과보고서 제출: 6.21(화)

및 제출확인서 출력 후 백남학술정보관에서 확인 도장을 받은 후 단과대학 행정팀(공업센터

* If the title is too long to be entered on one line, enter it on the next line
* When entering the research plan, check the thesis advisor assignment information
* If the research plan is not entered and approved, it is not possible to apply for a thesis
requesting degree.
* Students whose thesis title has been changed among those who wrote
the research plan “ can be changed when applying for a thesis requesting degree ”

- Master's: Degree request thesis application (HY-in screen output), thesis performance
evidence
(published thesis printout, conference presentation material, etc.)
- Ph.D.: Dissertation application form for degree claim (HY-in screen output), thesis
performance examination table, thesis performance evidence
(printed thesis output, conference presentation material, etc.)
2) Where to submit: Submit to the Office of Software Administration Team of the College of
Engineering ( Main Building No. 503 of the Industrial Center )
4. Dissertation review for degree request: 3.4 (Fri) ~ 6.16 (Thu)
1) Write the thesis review meeting minutes: Write the date/time and location and review details at
least 3 times (to be written briefly)
2) Preparation of the evaluation result report
- Thesis review review: written by the chairperson of the review committee (simply)
- Evaluation of thesis and oral examination: Each judge writes and seals scores
- Comprehensive judgment: Enter pass or fail
※ Change of judges/cancellation of screening is possible until 5.26 ( Thu )
5. Submission of examination result report: 6.21 (Tuesday)
1) Where to submit: Eom Songlee, an employee of the Software Administration Team at the College
of Engineering (Main Building No. 503 of the Industrial Center)
2) Documents to be submitted
(1) One copy of the thesis examination result report
(2) One copy of the thesis review meeting minutes
(3) 1 cover cover: 1 page of the thesis form
(4) 1 submission form: 2 pages of the thesis form
(5) 1 copy of the certificate of approval: 3 pages of the thesis form
* Submit the original copy to the administrative team, keep a copy and submit with a printed copy
(6) Research Ethics Pledge 1 copy in Korean: Printed out at HY-in
* Submit the original copy to the administrative team, keep a copy and submit with a printed copy
(7) One copy of the pledge of research ethics: Printed out at HY-in

1) Online submission: Upload the original file to dcollection.hanyang.ac.kr
2) Submission of printed copies: Submit 4 printed copies to the Learning Support Team on the 1st
basement floor of the Paiknam Academic Information Center.
3) Submission of thesis submission confirmation: When submitting a printed copy after printing from
HY-in, visit the Paiknam Academic Information Center
Get the stamp and submit it to the Administration Team (Main Building No. 503 of the Industrial
Center)
※ Applicants who have passed the thesis must register the approved thesis file on the
Paiknam Academic Information Center Web and submit 4 printed copies ( common for both master's and doctoral students) to the Paiknam Academic
Information Center. When submitting a printed copy , please note that you will be
eligible for graduation only when you receive a stamp of confirmation from the “Thesis
Submission Confirmation Form” at the Paiknam Academic Information Center and
submit it to the administrative team .

1) Education related to thesis writing is conducted periodically at the Paiknam Academic Information
Center
