· 4기 이상 등록자 · 졸업학점을 취득하였거나 취득가능한 자 - (이번학기 수강신청 포함) · 선수강과목 이수완료자 · 외국어시험 합격자 · 연구계획서 입력 및 승인완료자 · 재학연한이내: 휴학제외 입학 후 7년 · ‘연구지도 (석사논문연구) 이수 혹은 이번학기 수강신청 포함하여 이수 가능한 자 · 컴퓨터소프트웨어학과 내규 충족자 - 석사: 국내/외 학술대회 논문게재 혹은 (아래 3가지 조건 중 한 가지 이상 충족해야함) a. 제1저자로 국내/외 학술대회 논문발표

1. 연구계획서 입력기간: 9.2(월) ~ 11.7(목)
* 외국어 논문 작성 시 체크박스 클릭 후 해당 언어 선택 (한국어는 체크박스 클릭 안함)
* 연구기간은 자동으로 설정되며, 변경 및 수정할 필요 없음
* 제목이 길어서 한 줄에 입력 안 될 때는 다음 줄에 이어서 입력
* 연구계획서 입력 시 본인 논문지도교수 배정 정보 확인
* 지난 학기 연구계획서 신청 후, 지도교수 승인을 받지 못한 학생은 연구계획서 재입력 해야 함
* 지난학기 연구계획서 신청 및 지도교수 승인이 완료된 학생은 연구계획서 재입력 없이 바로
학위청구논문 신청하면 됨
* 연구계획서 입력 및 승인이 안 되어 있으면 학위청구논문 신청 불가
* 연구계획서 기입력자 중 논문제목 변경된 학생은 추후 “학위청구논문신청 시 변경 가능”
2. 학위청구논문 신청: 9.2(월) ~ 11.14(목)
1) 온라인 신청 : HY-in → 신청 → 논문 → 청구논문신청
2) 신청서 및 실적증빙자료 제출
a. HY-in → 신청 → 논문 → 청구논문신청에서 학위청구논문 제출신청서 출력
b. 논문실적 증빙자료 준비(첨부된 제출서류 예시 참고)

(1) 게재논문 초록 출력본(발표논문의 경우 발표자료 + 컨퍼런스 홍보포스터 첫장 +
본인이름이 표기된 식순페이지)

※ 논문이 학위논문 심사기간 마감 전에 게재 예정인 경우 먼저 논문게재예정 확인서를 제출
하고 게재가 완료되면 증빙자료를 행정팀으로 반드시 12월 20일(금) 17:00까지 제출

3. 학위청구논문 신청서/기타서류 제출: 9.2(월) ~ 11. 15(금) 17:00 까지
1) 제출서류
- 석사: 학위청구논문신청서(HY-in 화면 출력), 논문실적 증빙자료
(게재논문출력본, 학술대회발표자료 등)
- 박사: 학위청구논문신청서(HY-in 화면 출력), 논문실적심사표, 논문실적 증빙자료
(게재논문출력본, 학술대회발표자료 등)
2) 제출처: 공과대학 소프트웨어행정팀으로 제출(주소: 공업센터 본관 503호)
4. 학위청구논문 심사: 9.3(화) ~ 12.17(화)
1) 논문심사회의록 작성 : 3회 이상 일시/장소 및 심사내용 기입 (간략하게 작성)
2) 심사결과보고서 작성
- 논문심사평 : 심사위원장이 기입(간단히)
- 논문 및 구술시험평가 : 심사위원이 각자 점수기입 및 날인
- 종합판정 : 합격 또는 불합격 반드시 기입 할 것
※ 심사위원변경/심사취소는 11.21(목)까지 가능하며 양식은 추후 업데이트 예정
* 심사위원변경: HY-in -> 신청->논문->심사위원변경신청/조회에서 변경 입력 및 저장 ->
심사위원변경신청서(붙임파일) 작성 후 행정팀으로 제출(신청서에 본인/지도교수 날인 필수)
* 심사취소: 논문심사취소신청서(붙임파일) 작성 후 행정팀으로 제출 (신청서에 본인/지도교수
날인필수)
* 기간 내에 취소하지 않고 심사도 받지 않은 경우, 논문심사결과보고서를 “불합격”으로 기재하여
제출해야함
* 심사를 1회 이상 진행했으나 중도에 심사를 포기한 경우, 논문심사결과보고서를 "불합격"으로 기재
하여 제출해야함 (불합격(심사취소), 불합격(심사미진행)의 경우 심사비가 지급되지 않으므로
심사를 1회 이상 진행한 경우에는 이와 같이 처리)
* 금학기 심사취소 학생이 다음 학기에 논문심사를 받기 위해서는 해당 학기 학위청구논문 신청
기간에 재신청해야 함

5. 심사결과보고서 제출: 12.20(금) 17:00 까지

※ 논문합격자는 인준된 논문 파일을 백남학술정보관 Web에 등록, 백남학술정보관에 인쇄본
4부 제출 후 “학위논문 제출확인서(확인도장있는)” 행정팀으로 제출해야 졸업대상자가 되니
꼭 유의할것
[참고] 논문 심사는 합격하였으나 종합시험 불합격자는 이번학기 논문인쇄본을 제출해서는 안되며
대학원 홈페이지 자료실에서 "인쇄본제출 포기서" 제출해야 함

[Qualifications for application for degree thesis]
Master's Program | PhD / Master's/ Doctoral Integrated Program |
· Registered for 4th term or more · Those who have obtained or are capable of obtaining graduation credits - ( Including course registration for this semester ) · Those who have completed the pre-requisite course · Those who passed the foreign language test · Those who have completed the research plan entry and approval · Within the period of attendance : 7 years after admission excluding leave of absence · ' Completion of research guidance (master's thesis research) or Those who can complete the course, including course registration, this semester · Those who meet the internal regulations of the Computer Software Department
(At least one of the three conditions below must be met) a. Presentation of papers at domestic/international academic conferences as the first author

* Check your thesis advisor assignment information when entering your research plan * Students who did not receive approval from their advisor after applying for a research plan last semester must re-enter their research plan * Students who completed the application for a research plan and approval from their advisor last semester can apply for a thesis without re-entering their research plan
* If the research plan has not been entered and approved, thesis application cannot be submitted. * Students who have already entered a research plan and have changed the thesis title can change it later when applying for thesis application .
2. Application for degree thesis: September 2 (Mon) ~ November 14 (Thu)
1) Online application: HY-in → Application → Paper → Paper request application
2) Submission of application and performance verification documents
a. HY-in → Application → Thesis → Print the thesis submission application form from thesis request form
b. Prepare supporting documents for thesis performance (see attached sample submission documents)

(1) Printed copy of abstract of published paper (in case of presented paper, presentation materials + first page of conference promotional poster +
(Page with your name on it)
* Proof of doctoral thesis performance

(3) Printed copy of published paper (entire)
※ If the paper is scheduled to be published before the deadline for the dissertation review period, first submit a confirmation of planned publication of the paper,
and once publication is complete, submit supporting documents to the administrative team by 17:00 on Friday, December 20.

3. Submission of thesis application/other documents: September 2 (Mon) ~ November 15 (Fri ) 17:00
1) Submission documents
- Master's: Application for degree thesis (HY-in screen printout), supporting documents for thesis performance
(published paper printout, academic conference presentation materials, etc.)
- Doctoral: Application for degree thesis (HY-in screen printout), thesis performance evaluation form, supporting documents for thesis performance
(published paper printout, academic conference presentation materials, etc.)
2) Submission: Submit to the Software Administration Team of the College of Engineering (Address: Room 503, Main Building, Industrial Center )
4. Thesis Examination: September 3 (Tue) ~ December 17 (Tue)
1) Write the minutes of the paper review meeting: Write the date/location and review contents at least 3 times (briefly)
2) Preparation of evaluation results report
- Paper review: Written by the review committee chair (briefly)
- Thesis and oral exam evaluation: Each examiner records and stamps the score
- Comprehensive judgment: Must enter either pass or fail
※ Changing judges/cancelling judging is possible until November 21 ( Thursday ) , and the form will be updated later.
* Change of examiner: HY-in -> Application -> Paper -> Change of examiner application/inquiry, enter change and save ->
After filling out the application form for change of examiner (attached file), submit it to the administrative team (the applicant/supervising professor must stamp the application form)
* Cancellation of examination: Fill out the paper examination cancellation application form (attached file) and submit it to the administrative team (the applicant/supervising professor
must stamp the application form)
* If you do not cancel within the period and do not receive review, you must submit the thesis review results report with “Failed” written on it.
* If the review is conducted more than once but the review is abandoned in the middle, the paper review result report must be submitted with a record of “Failed” (since the review fee is not paid in the case of failure (review cancellation) or failure (review not conducted), if the review is conducted more than once, it is handled in this way.)
* Students who have had their thesis examination cancelled this semester must reapply during the thesis application period for the corresponding semester in order to have their thesis examination reviewed in the next semester.

5. Submission of Evaluation Results Report: By 17:00 on Friday, December 20

(2) 1 copy of the paper review meeting minutes
(3) 1 cover page: 1 page of the thesis format
(4) Submission form 1 copy: 2 pages of thesis form
(5) Approval certificate 1 copy: 3 pages of thesis form
* Submit the original to the administrative team, keep an extra copy for yourself to use when submitting a printed copy
(6) One copy of the research ethics pledge in Korean: Printed from HY-in

1) Online submission: Upload the original file to the website ( http://hanyang.dcollection.net/ )
2) Submission of printed copies: After confirming the completion of online submission verification,
visit the Academic Planning and Operation Team (Baeknam Academic Information Center, Havruta Zone, B1) to submit 4 copies (common for master's and doctoral degrees) of printed copies ( print out copyright consent form, print out submission confirmation form)

7. Submission of thesis submission confirmation: By 17:00 on Friday, December 27
1) Submission of thesis submission confirmation: Check the administrator's approval status in the 'Submission details' menu at the top of the online submission site,
print the submission confirmation, receive a confirmation stamp from the Baeknam Academic Information Center, and submit it to the College of Engineering Software Administration Team

※ Please note that those who have passed the thesis submission must register the approved thesis file on the Baeknam Academic Information Center website , submit 4 printed copies to the Baeknam Academic Information Center, and then submit a “ Thesis Submission Confirmation (with a confirmation stamp) ” to the administrative team in order to be eligible for graduation.
[Note] Those who passed the thesis review but failed the comprehensive exam must not submit a printed copy of the thesis this semester and
must submit a “Waiver of Submission of Printed Copy” form in the data room of the graduate school website.
