졸업을 진심으로 축하드립니다. 2023학년도 전기(24년 2월 졸업) 학위수여식을 다음과 같이 진행하오니 졸업예정자는 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 행사명 : 2023학년도 전기 학위수여식 (석사과정만 해당)
2. 일 시 : 2024. 2. 15.(목) 10:30
3. 장 소 : 한양대학교 서울캠퍼스 교내 올림픽체육관
4. 참석대상 : 석사 졸업예정자 및 가족, 지도교수
5. 석사 및 박사 졸업예정자 학생 공통 공지사항
※ 영문성명 확인 및 수정 : HY-in→My 홈→기본설정→신상정보정정
※ 영문성명이 바르지 않은 경우 본인이 불이익을 받을수 있으며 영문 성명의 오류로 인한
추후 재발급은 불가하니 외국인 학생의 경우 반드시 확인 필요)
※ 졸업대상자 영문 성명 확인 및 수정은 2024. 2.9(금)까지 가능함
6. 학위복 대여 및 학위기 수령 (★학위수여식 이전 사전대여 불가★)
1) 학위복 대여 및 반납 (석사)
가. 일시 : 2024. 2.15(목) ~ 2024.2.16.(금) 10:00~15:00
(점심시간 12:00~13:00 대여 및 반납 불가)
나. 장소 : 퓨전테크센터(FTC) 523호
※ 학생본인 신분증 제시 후 대여 가능합니다.
2) 학위기 배부 (석사) (★학위기는 학위복 반납 후 수령 가능★)
가. 일시 : 2024. 2. 15(목) ~ 2024.2.16.(금) 10:00~17:00
(점심시간 12:00~13:00 배부 불가)
나. 장소 : 퓨전테크센터(FTC) 503호 (수업지원실)
■ 유의사항:
가. 학위기는 학위복 반납 후 수령 가능합니다.
나. 학위기는 고유한 문서로 2024. 2.15.(목) ~ 2.16(금) 10:00~17:00 기간만 배부
가능하며,본인 수령이 원칙이나 부득이 하게 본인이 수령 못할 경우 대리인 수령이 가능
※ 대리인 수령 시 붙임의 대리수령증(서명 날인된) 직접 지참하여 현장 제출 요함
다. 박사 학위 수여식 관련 사항은 대학원 본부에서 별도 진행하기에 대학원

Information on the 2023 first semester graduation ceremony for the College of Engineering, General Graduate School
( Master's course only )
We sincerely congratulate you on your graduation . Please note that the graduation ceremony for the first half of the 2023 school year (graduating in February 2024) will be held as follows.
1. Event name : 2023 first semester graduation ceremony ( master’s program only)
2. Date : 2024. 2. 15. ( Thursday ) 10:30
3. Location : Hanyang University Seoul Campus Olympic Gymnasium
4. Attendees : Master’s degree graduates, their families , and advisors
5. Common notice for students expected to graduate with master’s and doctoral degrees
※ Check and edit English name : HY-in → My Home → Basic Settings → Edit personal information ( until February 2 )
※ A fee will be incurred for reissuing the diploma (30,000 won / copy ) , so please double-check that the student's full name is entered correctly
. ( For international students, confirmation is required )
6. Rental of graduation gown and receipt of diploma (★No advance rental prior to the graduation ceremony★)
1) Rental and return of graduation clothes ( Master’s degree )

※ You can rent it after presenting your student ID.
2) Distribution of diplomas ( principle of same-day distribution / ★ Degree certificates can be received after returning the diploma )

■ Note :
go. You can receive your diploma after returning your diploma.
me. The diploma is a unique document. It can only be distributed between 10:00 and 17:00 on February 15 ( Thursday ) to February 16 (Fri), 2024. In principle, you must receive it in person , but if you are unable to receive it in person, you can receive it by proxy.
※ When receiving by agent , you must bring the attached proxy receipt ( signed and sealed ) and submit it on site.
