※ 학위논문 신청자격
- 4기 이상 등록자(석박통은 6기 이상)
- 졸업학점을 취득 혹은 해당학기 취득가능한 자(수강신청 포함)
- 어학시험 합격자
- 선수강과목 이수완료자
- 연구계획서 입력 및 승인완료자
- 재학연학이내: 휴학제외 입학 후 7년(석사) / 휴학제외 입학 후 9년(박사,석박통합)
- '연구지도 1.2' 이수 혹은 이번학기 이수가능한자
- 공과대학 및 학과내규에 따른 논문실적을 충족한 자
* 석사: 국내/외 학술대회 논문게재 혹은 컨퍼런스 발표 1건 이상 (아래 3가지 조건 중 한 가지 이상 충족)
a. 제1저자로 국내/외 학술대회 논문발표
b. 제1저자로 국내/외 학술지 논문개제
c. 제1발명자로 전공관련 특허
* 박사: 논문실적 200% 이상
a. 지도교수 포함 2명이 게재 : 100%
b. 지도교수 포함 3명이 게재 : 70%
c. 지도교수 포함 4명이 게재 : 50%
d. 지도교수 포함 5명 이상이 게재 : 30%
* Q1저널에 주저자로 게재 : 저자 수와 상관없이 200%
* Q2저널에 주저자로 게재 : 저자 수와 상관없이100%
* 최소 1편 이상은 본인이 주저자인 SCI급 논문이어야 함(BK21 참여학생은 2편 이상)
* BK21 참여학생은 학위논문을 영문으로 작성해야 함
* 국내 학술지에 게재할 경우 한국연구재단에 등재된 학술지이어야 함
* SCI 논문실적은 컨퍼런스 발표로 대체 가능(인정되는 학술대회 목록은 아래 주소 참조)

1. 연구계획서 입력(3.2~4.29)
1) HY-in → 신청 → 논문 → 연구계획서입력/조회
* 영어논문 작성자는 외국어 여부 체크
* 제목이 길어서 한 줄에 입력 안 될 때는 다음 줄에 이어서 입력
2. 학위청구논문 신청(3.2~5.13)
1) 온라인 신청 : HY-in → 신청 → 논문 → 청구논문신청
2) 신청서 및 실적증빙자료 제출:
a. HY-in → 신청 → 논문 → 청구논문신청에서 학위청구논문 제출신청서 출력
b. 논문실적 증빙자료 준비(첨부된 제출서류예시 참조)
* 석사
(1) 게재논문 초록 출력본(발표논문의 경우 발표자료 + 컨퍼런스 홍보포스터 첫장 +
본인이름이 표기된 식순페이지)
* 박사

※ 논문이 학위논문 심사기간 마감 전에 게재 예정인 경우 먼저 논문게재예정 확인서를 제출하고 후에 게재가 완료되면 증빙자료를 행정팀으로 제출

3. 학위청구논문 신청서 제출 (3.2~ 5.20, 17:30)
1) 제출서류
- 석사: 학위청구논문신청서(HY-in 화면 출력), 논문실적 증빙자료(게재논문출력본, 학술대회발표자료 등)
- 박사: 학위청구논문신청서(HY-in 화면 출력), 논문실적심사표, 논문실적 증빙자료(게재논문출력본, 학술대회발
표자료 등)
2) 제출처: 공과대학 소프트웨어행정팀 사무실(공업센터 본관 503호)로 제출
4. 학위청구논문 심사(3.4~6.17)
1) 논문심사회의록 작성 : 3회 이상 일시/장소 및 심사내용 기입(간단해도 됨)
2) 심사결과보고서 작성
- 논문심사평 : 심사위원장이 기입(간단히)
- 논문 및 구술시험평가 : 심사위원이 각자 점수기입 및 날인
- 종합판정 : 합격 또는 불합격 기입
* 심사위원변경, 심사취소는 5월 27일(목)까지
5. 심사결과보고서 제출(~6.17까지)
1) 제출처 : 공과대학 소프트웨어행정팀 엄송이 직원(공업센터 본관 503호)

※ Eligibility for thesis application
-Registered for more than 4 semesters
-Those who have earned graduation credits or who can acquire the semester (including course registration)
-Those who have passed the language test
-Those who have completed the prerequisite courses
-Those who have entered and approved the research plan
-Within enrollment: 7 years after admission without leave of absence (Master's) / 9 years after admission without leave of absence (integrated Ph.
-Those who have completed'Research Guidance 1.2' or who can complete this semester
-Those who have satisfied the thesis performance according to the college of engineering and department regulations
* Master: At least one thesis publication or conference presentation in domestic/overseas academic conferences (one or more of the following three conditions are satisfied)
a. Presentation of thesis at domestic/overseas academic conferences as the first author
b. Publication of thesis in domestic/overseas academic journals as the first author
c. Major-related patent as the first inventor
* Ph.D.: More than 200% of thesis performance
a. Posted by 2 people including the advisor: 100%
b. Posted by 3 people including the advisor: 70%
c. Posted by 4 people including the advisor: 50%
d. Posted by more than 5 people including the supervisor: 30%
* Published in Q1 journal as the lead author: 200% regardless of the number of authors
* Published in Q2 journal as the lead author: 100% regardless of the number of authors
* At least one paper must be an SCI-level thesis with the lead author (two or more for BK21 participating students)
* Students participating in BK21 must write their thesis in English
* If published in a domestic journal, it must be a journal registered with the Korea Research Foundation.
* SCI thesis performance can be replaced by conference presentation (refer to the address below for a list of recognized conferences)

1. Input of research proposal (3.2~4.29)
1) HY-in → Application → Thesis → Research proposal input/inquiry
* English thesis writers check foreign language availability
* If the title is long and cannot be entered on one line, enter it on the next line.
2. Application for thesis for degree (3.2~5.13)
1) Online application: HY-in → application → thesis → request thesis
2) Submission of application form and evidence of performance:
a. HY-in → Application → Thesis → Print out the thesis submission application form in the thesis request
b. Prepare proof of thesis performance (refer to the attached document example)

3. Submission of thesis application form (3.2~ 5.20, 17:30)
1) Documents to be submitted
-Master: Thesis application form for degree (HY-in screen output), proof of thesis performance (printed thesis, academic conference presentation, etc.)
-Ph.D.: Application form for dissertation for degree (HY-in screen output), thesis performance evaluation form, proof of thesis performance (printed thesis, conference
presentation, etc.)
2) Where to submit: Submit to the Office of the Software Administration Team at the College of Engineering (industrial center main building #503)
4. Examination of thesis for degree (3.4~6.17)
1) Write the thesis review proceedings: Write the date/time/place and content of the review at least 3 times (it may be simple)
2) Preparation of the audit result report
-Thesis review review: written by the chairman of the review committee (simple)
-Evaluation of thesis and oral exam: Each judge writes and seals scores
-Comprehensive judgment: pass or fail
* Change of judges and cancellation of review until May 27 (Thursday)
5. Submission of the evaluation result report (until June 17)
1) Submitted by: Song-I Um, Staff of the Software Administration Team, College of Engineering (Industrial Center Main Building #503)
2) Documents to be submitted
(1) One copy of thesis evaluation report
(2) One copy of thesis review meeting minutes
(3) Cover: 1 page of thesis form
(4) Submission 1 copy: 2 pages of thesis form
(5) 1 copy of approval letter: 3 pages of thesis form
* Submit the original copy to the administrative team, keep a copy and submit it with a printed copy
(6) Research Ethics Pledge, 1 copy in Korean: Printed at HY-in
* Submit the original copy to the administrative team, keep a copy and submit it with a printed copy
(7) Research Ethics Pledge (1 copy in English): Print out at HY-in
* Submit the original copy to the administrative team, keep a copy and submit it with a printed copy
(8) One copy of the Korean summary (Doctor's & Master's)

6. Submit thesis online/print (until June 28)

2) Submission of printed copy: Submit 4 printed copies to the Learning Support Team on the 1st basement floor of the Paiknam Academic Information Center
3) Submission of the thesis submission confirmation: When submitting a printed copy after printing on the HY portal, the Learning Support Team
